3. Refund Policy for Digital Product Bundles (Made-to-Order)

For digital product bundles where delivery is not instant (i.e., the product is prepared or customized after the order is placed):

3.1 Cancellation Window

You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it, provided the product preparation/delivery has not yet commenced or been completed. Cancellation requests submitted after 24 hours of purchase, or after the product has been delivered, will not be eligible for a refund.

3.2 How to Request Cancellation

  • Email us at nishant@profitpixel.in within 24 hours of placing the order

  • Include your registered email address, order ID, and reason for cancellation

3.3 Refund Timeline

Upon approval of a valid cancellation request, your refund will be initiated within 7 business days. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used at the time of purchase (UPI, credit/debit card, net banking, etc.) via Razorpay. The time taken for the refunded amount to reflect in your account may vary depending on your bank or payment provider, typically 5–10 additional business days after initiation.

3.4 Partial Refunds

In cases where partial work has been completed prior to cancellation, the Company reserves the right to deduct a proportional amount for work done before issuing a partial refund. This will be communicated to the customer transparently before processing.

4. Refund Policy for Digital Marketing and CRO Services

For ongoing or project-based services (e.g., SEO, Social Media Management, PPC, CRO audits):

4.1 Cancellation Before Commencement

If you cancel a service purchase within 24 hours of payment and before any work has commenced, you are eligible for a full refund, initiated within 7 business days.

4.2 Cancellation After Work Commencement

Once a service engagement has begun (e.g., onboarding call completed, strategy documents shared, campaigns launched, audit initiated), refunds will not be issued for work already delivered. In such cases, partial refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis at the Company's sole discretion, based on the stage of work completed.

4.3 Performance Disclaimer

Digital marketing results (e.g., rankings, traffic, conversions, ROAS) depend on numerous external factors including competition, market conditions, platform algorithm changes, and client-side cooperation. We do not offer refunds on the basis of unsatisfactory marketing results where services have been delivered as per the agreed scope of work.

5. Non-Refundable Products

The following are strictly non-refundable:

  • Digital products that have been instantly delivered (downloadable files, access links sent via email)
  • Service packages where full delivery has been completed
  • Orders cancelled after the 24-hour cancellation window
  • Purchases made during promotional sales, discounts, or special campaigns (unless separately stated)

6. Defective or Undelivered Products

If you have not received your digital product within the timeframe specified on the product page, or if the delivered file is corrupted, broken, or substantially different from what was described:

  • Contact us immediately at nishant@profitpixel.in with your Order ID and a description of the issue
  • We will investigate and, if the issue is verified, either:
    • Resend/re-deliver the correct product, or
    • Issue a full refund within 7 business days

7. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

We strongly encourage customers to contact us at nishant@profitpixel.in before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with their bank or card issuer. Initiating a fraudulent chargeback for a validly delivered product or service may result in permanent suspension of your account, blacklisting from future purchases, and legal action under applicable Indian law.

8. Razorpay Payment Gateway

All payments on theprofitpixel.com are processed through Razorpay Financial Solutions Pvt. Ltd., a PCI-DSS compliant payment gateway regulated by the Reserve Bank of India (RBI). Refunds are credited back through the same Razorpay payment gateway to the original payment source.
